Shipping Policy

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS. Please be mindful that USPS may be experiencing delays during the holiday season due to the increase in packages.

Please double check your address when placing your order to ensure it is correct. We cannot make any changes once your order has shipped. If you contact us before your order has shipped we'll work as quickly as possible to make the change.

Order shipped to wrong address/insufficient address/incomplete address:

If the address entered at checkout is undeliverable and the item is returned to The Royal Treatment, we will contact you through email to correct the address and then  ship the item back to you.

If your item was delivered to an address entered incorrectly and you aren't able to obtain your shipment, unfortunately we are not responsible for shipping a replacement. 

Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address but we will re-ship the item to you once it arrives back to The Royal Treatment once the correct address is received. 

*Customer is responsible for shipping cost. 

 

Never received order/package but tracking says delivered: 

Confirm that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email.

Sometimes USPS scans packages as delivered before it's actually physically delivered. In most cases, your shipment will appear within 1-3 business days.

Lost/missing packages:

When the package leaves our facility the shipping carrier assumes all responsibility for the package.

The Royal Treatment is not responsible for the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances:  

 Held or returned shipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable.

 Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.

 Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.

Please contact USPS and use your tracking number to start a claim with them.

Most packages are insured.

Order arrived damaged:

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date at theroyaltreatment.store@gmail.com so we can investigate and replace your damaged or incorrect item. 

Customer must provide an image of damaged/incorrect item.

We can only replace the items that were damaged or incorrect, unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
