Benefits of aromatherapy for self care

September is self-improvement month, a time to really give yourself some attention. Orange essential oil

Eucalyptus essential oil

Eucalyptus is known to improve sleep because of its ability to promote relaxation. It also has a calm soothing effect which helps to relieve stress. Skin loves eucalyptus because it helps strengthen it's natural moisture barrier. And it's helpful in treating sunburn + has purifying properties.

 Spearmint essential oil

Spearmint stimulates your senses helping to reduce stress, improve focus and concentration. Spearmint does wonders for the skin by helping to close pores and tighten the skin making it look younger and glow.
